1. General Provisions and Scope
1.1. Agreement: These Terms of Service govern access to the ZionWorld.cc website, game server, accounts, community services and related digital content (the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the client or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.2. Eligibility: You must be legally permitted to use online services in your country. Minors may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
1.3. Changes: We may update these Terms when necessary for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced through the website or an official community channel.
2. Accounts and Security
2.1. Account Information: You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to us.
2.2. Account Trading: Selling, purchasing, sharing or transferring accounts outside features expressly provided by the Service is prohibited.
2.3. Security: Suspected account theft or unauthorised access must be reported promptly to info@zionworld.cz.
3. Fair Play and User Conduct
3.1. Unauthorised Tools: Bots, macros, packet manipulation, cheats, exploits and other software or methods that automate gameplay or create an unfair advantage are prohibited.
3.2. Community Conduct: Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, spam and the publication of another person’s private information are prohibited.
3.3. Exploits: Bugs and vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team and may not be used for personal gain or disruption of the Service.
4. Virtual Items and Intellectual Property
4.1. Limited Licence: You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for entertainment purposes.
4.2. Virtual Assets: Characters, items, currency and other virtual assets exist only within the Service. They are not legal tender and have no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
4.3. Ownership: The website, server content, original graphics, text and software provided by ZionWorld.cc are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Purchases and Digital Content
5.1. Pricing: Prices, payment conditions and the digital content supplied are displayed before an order is completed. You must have permission to use the selected payment method.
5.2. Delivery: Purchased digital content is normally assigned to the relevant account after successful payment. Delivery may be delayed while a transaction is verified.
5.3. Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights. Any waiver of a withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content applies only where the user has expressly consented and acknowledged the legal consequences as required by applicable law.
5.4. Chargebacks and Refunds: Payment disputes and refund requests must be submitted to support. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, without limiting any rights granted by mandatory law.
6. Enforcement and Termination
We may warn, mute, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. The response will reflect the seriousness and repetition of the violation. Where appropriate, users may contact support to request a review.
7. Availability and Liability
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, attacks or technical failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy, Law and Contact
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
